Absolutely easier to say this or even to just read this, than to do this. To intend to practice it is a very good start though. And when you open yourself up for the realization of how amazing it really is that you CAN indeed easily say this and/or 'just' read this, or say and read and do anything for that matter, you are already well on your way! You are!
